When the hubby’s away…
We had so much fun shooting this silly and whimsical suburbia editorial for Spring 2013. The feminine and utterly romantic pieces from the likes of girl. by Band of Outsiders, Suno and Cacharel reminded us of the dreamy day wear from the 50s and 60s when women got dressed for a day of chores and tea. These images were inspired more by the Slim Aarons’ pics of Palm Beach moms rather than the new wave of Bravo housewives clad in Gucci logo hot pants, but we couldn’t resist throwing in a little tongue in cheek “desperation.” Enjoy!
